SCHOOL
POLICIES

COMMUNICATION POLICY
This year we will be using a new and improved system to communicate with our families. Look out in your email after registration for more info. It is each student or their parents responsibility to follow these communications regularly to make sure you stay up to date!

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If we are forced to cancel classes due to inclement weather, you will be notified. We will try to make closing decisions at least two hours prior to an affected class. If we DO have classes and you live far away where the weather might be worse, please use your own discretion.

ABSENCES
Please notify the studio as soon as possible if your child is going to miss a class. There are no in-person make-up classes available. Please note that attendance is important to the learning process and you are expected to be in your assigned class each week unless an unavoidable problem arises. Excessive absenteeism may result in your inability to participate in upcoming performances and will inhibit your advancement to the next level.
